Rustic Glass' Terms and Conditions of Ordering
Every item we supply is handmade to order. We hope you will be delighted with your order, but would like to draw your attention to the following:
- Whilst we attempt to portray items accurately, every item is different, so colours/sizes/proportions may not exactly match photographs on the site
- If you change your mind after ordering, we will refund your payment, provided the item is returned to us within 2 weeks of receipt. We will not refund the return postage unless the item is faulty. When returning items, it is your responsibility to obtain the appropriate proofs of posting and/or insurance
- All items listed for sale are generally in stock, but if you order something that is no longer in stock, I will contact you as soon as I can to discuss what to do
- When you place an order via paypal, no money will be taken until I have confirmed that the item is in stock
- All sales are made in line with the sale of goods act
- Commissioned items are non-refundable unless faulty
